Gemma Stern is a transport planning professional with more than ten year's experience in the sector. Having set up Glide Consulting in 2005 she brings specialised marketing expertise to your transport planning projects.

Gemma believes that a customer-focused approach to transport planning is essential. Her significant experience of working client-side for local authorities also gives her a thorough understanding of the issues faced by transport providers. She is passionate about facilitating and promoting sustainable transport solutions.

Dr Martin Langham from our sister-company User Perspective has over 15 years' experience in research and development for the public transport sector. His work uses current psychological theories to provide appropriate, timely transport information to safe and confident travellers.

By understanding the needs, goals, and expectations of the traveller he believes we can deliver transport systems that encourage sustainability. Martin's work has been published in international journals and presented at national transport seminars and conventions.
